The majority of the home is situated on the main floor, with just one king bedroom upstairs. From the street level, there are a few steps up to the front door. There’s plenty of free parking in close proximity to the front of the home. However, the road can be busy, so you may prefer to park on one of the nearby side streets. Less than a 10 minute drive will get you to a Bourbon Distillery, Boutique Shopping, Betting on horses at Churchill Downs, The Kentucky Expose Center, UofL campus, Louisville Slugger Museum or enjoying one of the many amazing restaurants Derby City has to offer! Free street parking is plentiful, typically directly in front of our home. The road in front of our home tends to be busy, so side street parking is a good option as well. Uber of course is quick and convenient way to get about. If you book a Bourbon Experience, they will pick you up right in front of the home. Other things to note: Located in Shelby Park, this beautiful home is situated in a very central location and near all the fun of downtown Louisville. Also a plus is the quick and easy access to the interstate. Please note that you may be able to hear city sounds from this property.
